All rooms are en-suite, have air-conditioning, satellite TV, WIFI, hospitality tray, mini bar, safe, key alarm
Swimming pool, bar, lapa, braai (bbq) facilities, putting green & wash & hang facilities for dive gear. Fully secure property with
electric fencing, night security and safe parking.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A 50% deposit is required in order to secure a booking
2. Balance to be paid on or before arrival.
3. All bookings for high seasons will be paid in full in advance and there will be no refunds for early departures.
4. Should the deposit not be received or alternative arrangements made within 24 hours, the booking will be considered cancelled.
5. Deposits are non refundable in the event of late cancellation or non arrival.
6. No persons other than those quoted for are permitted to share the accommodation
7. Cancellation policy:
- If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival any deposit or prepayment is forfeited.
- Between 7 – 14 days prior 75% is forfeited
- Between 14 – 21 days prior 50% is forfeited
- Between 21 – 28 days prior 25% is forfeited
8. The terms and conditions are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit or credit card details.
