Widely regarded as one of the top fifteen dive spots in the world, the variety of ocean life here is astounding. If you prefer to explore the ocean from above, a boat ride is a great way to enjoy some of the sights. Umkomaas also boasts an excellent 18-hole golf course, perfect for visitors wanting to get some exercise while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Horse rides on the beach in Amanzimtoti or ultralight flights in nearby Craigieburn are also recommended as a great way to enjoy the scenery. 

Should you need a car to move around while you are hosted at our guest house, we are affiliated with AVIS/Budget and can arrange for both our local and international customers excellent rates for self-drive. International customers have a super special rate that includes unlimited kilometres and a zero-liability excess. AVIS/Budget have different vehicle groups to suit each customer’s needs and are spoilt for choice. If you are interested, just mention it at the time of booking and we’ll take it from there.
